From the the guy at the return desk's rude blunt attitude, to the sarcastic lady in the paint department and then the lumber department telling us they can't cut a board, to then saying they can cut them, and then the checkout lady charging us a cut charge without anyone mentioning a charge all along. We would have paid the cut charge, but it was the way that it was presented so rudely. I will say that Paul in the appliances department was fabulous. Thank you Paul. I think the staff needs to remember #1 it's the holiday season and #2 there's a Home Depot about a mile away.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
