- CCCutsbymelissaOct 9, 20251.0I’ve been coming to this location for over 6 years, and honestly, customer service has always been hit or miss. But today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The assistant manager, Lee, was extremely rude and had such an uncalled-for attitude. The comments and frustration she showed while I was just trying to shop and spend my money were completely unnecessary. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a store I’ve supported for so long. It’s really disappointing to see how far the customer service has gone downhill.
