The GM Eric is a complete illiterate when it comes to communication. Has no clue how to communicate to clients and never keeps his word. Our weekly guy, Pablo is amazing but beyond that, they are completely useless. They installed a new salt cell that hasn’t worked since the beginning. They were supposed to clean my filters and never did. Very disappointed in my choice to use them. Good luck trying to contact the main office. You basically can’t.
