This has got be the messiest, sloppiest mess inside and outside of a Lowes I could’ve ever imagined. All the dead poor plants that just need water outside to walking inside I asked the guy who worked there who was sitting on the chair talking to the cashier in the garden center where I can find paver sand. He said isle 5 right side. Walked all the way down there dodging stuff all over the ground, not there and the garden center was absolutely trashed! A disaster mess. Another employee standing up in the back against the plant rack, staring at his phone. I didn’t even bother to ask him. I should’ve taken pictures of the disaster garden center because let me tell you something beyond trashed.
Walked all the way through the store to the other side, where they have cement thinking it might be back there? This whole store is an absolute disaster mess! Grounds outside also in disaster. This place is so mismanaged!

Wow. I rarely leave bad reviews. You can check my history. This has to be the worst Lowes I have ever been to. Half of the items I needed were out of stock, and when I asked for help none of the employees knew where they were, even with their device. How does a Lowe's employee not know what a PVC pipe looks like? The employees would stand in your way and talk to each other and laugh and completely ignore you. To find a few items it took 30 minutes, because so many aisles were closed off and employees were just chatting with each other completely lost in themselves. They left their lift stairs in front of high traffic areas. I had to walk so much more extra than necessary because of how many obstacles there were. It was so frustrating that I almost cried. I don't even drink and I need a beer right now.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience
My name is Herman Johnson, and my experience with the Lowe’s store at 4210 South Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, FL was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I paid in full for a cabinets and installation through Lowe’s, and after more than 8 weeks, the job was still incomplete. Due to what appears to be a design error by the store cabinet manager Frances and improper installation by Lowe’s contractor, my kitchen was left in an unacceptable condition, and my family has been without proper use of our sink during this entire time.
When I escalated the issue, I was told by Frances, manager in the cabinet department and store Manager Willie that the situation was “my fault.” I was then told that Lowe’s would only correct the issue if I paid an additional $550, which is completely unreasonable given that Lowe’s handled both the design and installation.
To make matters worse, Lowe’s sent me a Release of Claim document that appeared to be written to protect them rather than fairly resolve the issue. The entire experience has felt like an attempt to avoid responsibility instead of standing behind their work.
This situation caused my family significant stress, extra expenses, lost time, and disruption to our daily lives. After weeks of delays and no proper resolution, I cannot recommend this location. We had to bare the expense of paying for another contractor to come fix there mess that no apology was ever made for.
If you are considering cabinet installation through this store, I strongly advise you to proceed with caution and do not choose this location. It was a nightmare from HELL!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
