Very poor pickup experience at this store (multiple times). My wife waited 30+ minutes for a curbside pickup order, so she went inside to talk to someone. Said that the associate was rude. Then I get a call saying someone is at our car… but we aren’t there. Very poor experience overall. And this isn’t first time we have waited so long that we had to go inside to speak to someone to get our curbside pick up order.

Idk if they have a new manager or what. But consistently their tire air station does not work.
It used to work every day but in the last year its 80% of the time broken.
They keep using the same bad handle system that just fails constantly.

They have flock cameras everywhere, monitoring your every move, selling for your private data to a private company. Let alone they never have anything in stock, and when they do good luck returning it because they changed their return policy.

Very rarely is it that we need help from an associate at Lowe's. But this time we did, and we waited over 10 minutes, and no one showed to help load a 26 gallon Palm that was over 6 feet tall.We had to ask a random patron that was there to help us load it because nobody came to help. Thank you, Bryce. I appreciate you for helping my husband. Definitely not customer service friendly. We will take our business elsewhere from here on out.

Shopping at multiple home improvement stores, online merchant's, direct sales, etc, in this or shopping environment customer service is key. Neil was able to save the day and honestly from a nasty review because there's a definite need for improvement. It was made aware and should be addressed.
