    Walked into the Ferguson Home bathroom supply store in Tampa and immediately felt unwelcome. We were barely greeted, and the sales clerk—an Asian woman—said, “We’re closing in 6 minutes,” in a tone that translated very clearly to “why are you even here?” Any decent salesperson knows that the last customer of the day should be treated like the first customer of the day. Instead, the energy was dismissive, rude, and honestly shocking. The moment felt so uncomfortable that I simply walked out. Retail is about service. If closing time means customers are a burden, then lock the door—don’t take it out on people who walk in while you’re still open. Completely ruined the experience. I won’t be back.

    Update. My sale rep was out with the flu which is why I'd not heard back in the time frame specified. I must concede having jumped the gun on this one... Many apologies to the store staff. Just spoke with her and ordered what I wanted.
