Subtle reminders, letting me know way ahead of time if I missed a payment how many days I have left before I get hit with a late fee. All the hallways to the units are extremely clean, my unit was clean as well before move in. The lights automatically turn on when you enter the hallway to your unit. As a woman, I feel safe going there after hours because the gate locks behind me, and the gate is always locked when I enter the facility. They are open until 10pm which I love as well. And still no signs of pest or rodents which is the cherry on top for me!
