- SVSteve VivianiDec 21, 20252.0We decided to hire Zingas since Pulte (the builder of our home) recommended them. We purchased $13K outdoor shades. Our experience has not been 100% positive. It started with the installation. The installer dropped the unit, damaged the slab, stucco and aluminum housing and said nothing to us. We found the damage a few minutes after he left. The bottom weatherstrip was cut too short and required replacement. The original weatherstrip is also too thick or fat so it rubs on the tracks. We have been waiting for what seems to be months for a repair person. Anyone can sell these shades but Service means even more. I would rate the shades an 7 out of 10 but would rate their service a 2 out of 10. The service department will not pick up the phone or return calls. They like to deal with issues via text. My opinion would be, keep looking and find a business that has excellent and prompt service!
