Most hours of the day there are barely any employees on the floor, and nothing is where it’s supposed to be. The lumber quality has been consistently subpar, with much of it damaged or unusable. Need wood cut? Good luck—there’s usually no one in lumber, or a single overwhelmed employee with a long line of customers. Need a cart? Half are broken and the rest seem to be missing entirely. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to another location.

The quote for the labor portion was doubled after the job was started. They started laying the floor down (LVP one of their better examples) then stopped and pulled it back up saying the floor was not level enough. The previous floor also LVP was there for over three years and was wearing nicely. I had to have it replaced because water from a failed water heater had gotten under the flooring. The installers were unable to understand my comments due to not speaking english. I do not recommend Lowes for Any type of installation. Sorry.

I got to say a lot of employees look and act like they don’t care but that young man went completely out of way to help me find the perfect battery for my EGO mower. Highly recommend the oldsmar location. The employees ROCK! lol
