This team of amazing guys were happy to help my husband load 25 bags of mulch today 2/28/26. (ok, if they weren't happy they certainly didn't show it)They were so nice !! We appreciate the outstanding customer service provided today!!
Ordering the stove was fine. Staff were knowledgeable and efficient. We ordered a stove and a refrigerator. The problem was the installation of the stove. After the installer had left we pulled out the tray below the oven and the power cord slid down and prevented the tray from closing. Calling Lowe’s resulted in a ridiculous hands-off approach: “If you go out and buy a shorter power cord, we’ll install it.” Since when are customers qualified to choose power cords for appliances. After consulting the internet, we discovered that the problem was that our power outlet was attached to the wall, rather than flush with the wall, and jutted out a couple of inches. Older stoves had recesses to accommodate this, but newer stoves, especially induction stoves lack such recesses. So, bottom line, this stove could not be properly installed with our electrical setup. The installer should have realized this and told us.
