Especially in the paint department. I say that because we spend most of our money and time in that department. As there are many associates that have wonderful personalities, one stands out in the paint department and his name is RIN. Every single time without fail he helps us out with a smile, always ask the appropriate questions to find out more about how he can help us, he's extremely knowledgeable about paint, its finish and the brands. He's someone you would want to go to for information when you're there. Thanks for all your help every time we come in. There should be more employees like you around other companies.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
