    Well update today 2-29-26 this cabinet company is back, attempting to adjust the doors and return the one door that the paint was chipped all off of and when they brought the door in the paint was not done so now he has to take the door back to Orlando. Yes, Tampa store uses this company from Orlando so now we three still don’t have the one cabinet door still the other doors are not adjusted properly the guy that came today MIKE from this company does not and cannot adjust the doors part. The problem is they had all the hinges mixed up and our hardware is damaged. Still getting nowhere. I’m not blaming Lowe’s, but they need to do something because this is the company that they use and it is beyond ridiculous now… If it would let me put a zero I would , but paid a lot of money over $14,000.00 to have kitchen done still major issues with cabinets painted, paint is chipped doors out of adjustment and all done thru Lowe’s by a company they contract with ‘miracle method’ well stay away, poor quality work, and getting someone from Lowe’s on the phone must less to help is like pulling teeth, the kitchen dept help who handled all this just passes the buck, we need help … don’t use this cabinet refinishing company thru Lowe’s . And Brad in the kitchen department when are you going to get this fixed, also they bring the doors back from being painted and the guys just lays the new painted doors out in the grass what a joke thanks again Lowe’s and Never a follow up as well from Lowe’s or Brad in the kitchen department…… and when you call their all they do is put you through to an automated voicemail

    I am writing this as a long-time advocate for Lowe’s who frequently recommends this store over other big-box competitors. However, my experience since January 21st has revealed a troubling systemic issue: Lowe’s is selling a "Same-Day Delivery" promise that their third-party partners cannot keep, and the customer is the one paying the price. I purchased three items online specifically for Same-Day Delivery to complete a time-sensitive house project. I received a delivery confirmation, but the items never delivered Since then, I have been passed through four different levels of customer service: In-Store: Staff admitted this is a common issue with third-party delivery and promised a call within 24 hours. No call. Corporate Support: Told the case was "escalated" and a representative would follow up. No call. Leadership Escalation: Today, after 30 minutes on the phone, I was told the case is now with "Lowe’s Leadership." The Core Issue: This is not a financial dispute—it is a matter of principle. By outsourcing delivery to third parties while failing to manage the fallout, Lowe’s is clearing itself of responsibility at the expense of its most loyal customers. I paid for convenience; instead, I have spent hours doing the administrative work for a delivery failure I did not cause. When a brand like Lowe’s leverages its reputation to sell a service, they are vouching for that partner. If that partner fails, it is a Lowe's failure. Being told "someone will call you" three separate times with zero follow-through suggests that once the transaction is complete, the customer's time no longer has value. My hope is that this issue finally gets resolved. My case number is 73623306. I expect Lowe's to bridge the gap between their marketing promises and their actual execution.
