    Worst experience ever!!! When I pulled my truck around back to fill up on liquid chlorine, I noticed multiple cigarette butts on the ground in the area. When I went inside to pay, the employee on duty, Connie (according to her name tag), smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was alarming to realize that the only staff member present appeared to be smoking near very flammable chemicals. (I will be reporting this) In addition to that, her attitude was rude and dismissive, which made the experience even worse. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will not be returning.

    HORRIBLE! I needed a new skimmer leaf basket. Only one person in the entire store, an older lady, talking with another older lady customer at the register about what chemicals she was buying. After about 5 minutes standing there, another man came in, waiting. She told me "the baskets are on the shelf over there" I said I needed help matching the baskets. She said " oh, yours is probably on the bottom shelf", and went back to the older woman customer. I found one, turned around to ask if it was a match and she was nowhere to be found. The whole store was empty. I'll NEVER go back. I then went to Pinch a Penny and there were several people ready and waiting to help me find my basket. Kudos to Pinch a Penny!!!!

    Changed my review from a 5 star to a 1 star after my most recent interaction. Old lady at front counter was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I’m going to go to pinch a penny from now on.

    I called this location yesterday parts replacement for my vacuum that I purchased at this location was given the the price told I would be there in about 11/2 hours to purchase when I arrived I advised that I was there to pick up the parts at him and I had spoken about he said okay just one moment he was waiting on another customer told him no problem when he was finished told him again the parts that I was looking for and said I'm sorry we don't have any of those parts was almost late for my doctor's appointment. He could have let me know at the time we were talking that they did not have them in stock. Not very good customer service
