    I highly recommend this Leslie’s Pool location compared to the one just north of here. At that other store, you often have to stand in line and most of the time the customer assistants ignore you—like what happened to me today. That’s why I would rather drive a little farther to this location, because Abby provides excellent customer service, gives knowledgeable advice for my large home pool, and truly cares about helping customers. Abbie and this store saved my pool, and I won’t go anywhere else.

    *(STAY AWAY!!!!! Well for what use to be my favorite Leslie's on N. Dale Mabry. I went to purchase 2 refills of liquid chlorine. Felt like it took 10min to fill up 2 jugs which i thought was odd , but didnt think much of it . Once I got home and began pouring the chlorine I immediately noticed the odor was weak and the color was very light (very little yellow in color). As I was pouring the Chlorine my neighbor came through the gate and said what is wrong with that chlorine it looks like water. Now I realized I wasn't crazy. I went back to the store and spoke to the woman explaining that there is something wrong with the Chlorine which she abruptly stated she didn't put anything in it and it came straight from the tank. I told her to take a look in the jug and she declined. She called the GM and he told her to give me some from the shelf. She admitted those to were from the same tank. Of course once I got home I realize she was correct it was the same crap from the tank. Today I went to Leslie's on Sheldon and bought 2 jugs from there and realize I was correct, the other Leslie's ripped me off with extremely weak chlorine. How sad! STAY AWAY!!
