- BBBreezyJan 13, 20241.0If I could I would give 0 STARS!!! ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. On December 31st I called to get a new key for my vehicle, they came in 2 hours and programmed it then on January 3rd the car started beeping and wouldnt stop for 3-5 minutes no matter how many times I unlocked the car and put the key in, its as if the car didn’t recognize the key. Then on January 4th the car didn’t start. I was out of town and just got back and the key still wont work so I attempted to contact them today (January 13) In order to have them reprogram it. I had to call a total of 11 TIMES because i kept getting transferred, they even hung up one me 4 times and when i was able to speak to someone they would say they will call me back and no one ever did. NO ONE HELPED ME. I paid $215 for a FAULTY KEY and WHEN ASKED TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE THEY IGNORED ME

After you have made your selection, you go through the same process for making any key BUT you have to wait for them to mail it to you. So if you need a key ASAP - no waiting, do not pass go, do not collect $200 --- your options are few and pretty plain. However, if you are able to plan ahead, you can order some really cool ones like this high heeled red shoe, or a revolver which looks absolutely AMAZING. An extra bonus is when you buy 2 you get 1 free. I am pretty sure it is any 2 keys, plus 1...they don't have to be the same key. However, I needed 3 of the same so it didn't matter to me. I've already recommended this particular kiosk which happens to be inside my local grocery store - the one conveniently located right around the corner from my house. I think their prices on their own face value are a bit high. However, when you factor in the novelty keys that are available & the buy 2 get 1 free -- the prices are good. Plus I did receive all 3 WORKING keys within a few business days - and the packaging was solid. I didn't give them the full 5 stars merely because there were not enough designs available for a plain old house key to cut and go today. Overall I am very impressed with them and will continue to use them & recommend them to others.
