It went through the entire process then did not drop a key. Refund was automatic which was great...but should have an immediate function to guide u to a blank that was available prior to running through the 10 minute process

The problem is that it made three keys of the SAME mold and neglected to make the correct key. I called the company of which they said they would refund me 30% of the amount that I paid. They have not done that yet. On top of that, I went ahead and got the third key.Which cost me more than that 30% of which they said they were going to refund me (and I chose the cheapest one). This is a lose/lose situation and I do NOT recommend this company to make your keys. Lesson learned.
