Way to take advantage of people that go through the effort of moving all of their property into your facility and then force them to look elsewhere. They'll provide a cut-and-paste response about market assessment, providing great service, blah blah blah. If you value "rewarding" new customers with fair rates and punishing loyal customers, that says enough.
