- SOSelim OzunalFeb 24, 20261.0I guess everything is great till you sign a contract. 2 years ago I signed a contract 10x15 for $180 in two months went up to $280 now $324... So first numbers they give you meaningless... Today I had enough with this company after 2 years. I had 2 small shipment boxes (2'x1' approx.) I wanted to dispose and use the dumpster which was locked, I placed the boxes next to it. Lady showed up said I cannot use the dumpster in the facility because it is not open the public !!!. I said I am not public I am your customer, she said if I don't pick up and take my boxes with me, she would charge me clean up fee...Added (I am not your clean up lady!)??? I guess it is not enough to be a good customer for 2 years to use the dumpster once in those years... I got home call someone in corporate, lady was nastier, she won't even listen what I say, and goes that's the way it is, take it or live it...!!!! As I said I guess everything is great till you sign....... Me, At home already looking for my options, I will not do business that won't appreciate my business.... Happy searching :)

I called the office the next morning to check on the code I'd been given. Crystal called me back promptly and left me a message with all the information I needed. I stopped by later in the afternoon and spoke with Crystal in person. She is super helpful, friendly and was very professional!! Glad I chose this storage location!!!

- GMGreg MooreJan 29, 20265.0Almost 20 years in the same unit. The place has changed names a few times. It has always been well maintained and cared for. It is fairly secure. Never any issues . If there was ever a problem (and there were only a few technical difficulties with payments not the fault of the facility but the security of my credit card company ) the staff worked it out with me quickly and professionally.
