However, when I arrived, I noticed that the business hours listed online did not match the current hours posted on-site. When I tried to use my entry code, it said the code was incorrect. I called the listed number, but no one answered. Later, when I called back during business hours and stopped by in person, I was met by a woman who was extremely rude. She shoved a Post-it note at me, said, “I don’t know why your code isn’t working—come back tomorrow,” and gave no name or explanation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially after signing up with the understanding that I’d have 24-hour access and a smooth, contact-free entry. I hope you’ll review your posted hours and ensure that staff interactions and support are handled more professionally going forward.
