I was able to get my lock, storage unit, and directions for getting into the space in a timely manner. On top of that, asked to help me move my stuff into the unit! Overall great person, but an even better storage manager. Very grateful to have met Russ!

Most importantly, she was very patients a we as we were looking at different sizes of units. The facility was also well maintained with many flatbeds carts and clean bathrooms.
