- LHLisa HawkinsNov 25, 20251.0This was the worst experience I have had. The woman on the phone was the worst. She made nothing but excuses. The man was to be here between 10 and 1pm. I made several calls and more excuses. Then to find out the installer had the wrong blinds, then it was they were broken. I paid on 11/14, was sent a text on the 17th to have them installed on the 25th. Then on that day....nothing. 4 calls later, I canceled. If you buy an LGI home don't buy through the Blind Ambition company. They lied many times. I'm getting my money back. She only asked if we could wait until 12/7. Worst I have delt with.

Will recommend this business. Awesome staff and tech 10/10

Ashley Day was super helpful, the service team was always on time, super fast to get you your products, and Josh did our installs which was seamless. Doesn’t hurt that theit prices couldn’t be beat, as well! Would highly recommend!
