I tried canceling my account on April 19th, today is September 16th, I just spent another 50 minutes with their customer service in order to cancel my services... so far there are 4 chargers for services I did not receive in the amount of $335.48., no one came in April, May, they showed up in June while we were busy with funeral services at home to give me the free service I was promised in April, and because I was not able to let them in, they forgot it was a free service and charged my card again, they charged me on the 23rd of June, July, and Agust, and they just send me a reminder they are coming for another service this Friday. I have been transfered time after time to a voicemail where I have left 13 messages asking them to close my account, and because I signed up with RIDD and there is this homeconnect accessibility Aptive representatives just continues to transfer me blindly to an answering machine. I just want retribution at this point.
