But the real reason for this review is Armando. The guy is strong as an ox, friendly, professional, and super helpful. He delivered and installed my washer today and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Great attitude, great energy, and handled everything like a pro. If you go to this location, ask for Armando. He’s the real deal and made this a 5-star experience.
- CCCee ceeSep 22, 20251.0First, let me say I am not the one to rent furniture always bought everything cash. But listen to people saying this is the best way if u want to save some money!!! BS!! So come to find out that for a bedroom set a 4 chair dining kitchen table and a one piece sofa is going to cost me damn near $10K. I have already paid almost $5K And apparently still owe almost $5K I had the furniture for over a year and I am nowhere near finishing up with these payments. I recommend not renting furniture at all cause not only are you going to pay triple of it actually cost it’s just not worth it. You better off saving you $3500 in furniture, your whole entire home elsewhere and no payments. I Will never do this again this will be the last time I ever listen to someone just so they can get a Lousy 50 bucks of they bill. Oh, and did I mention that every piece of furniture I got is used the only thing that I got brand new out of the box was the kitchen dining table other than that all used 😤😤😤 DONT DO IT!!!!

When I had one payment left they wouldn’t do an early payoff and let me skip the last payment. I just kind of thought with how much you overpay anyway that isn’t a good way to treat an obviously good customer that may want to return in the future. Over $150 they lost a good paying customer. I will not return. Why have an early payout option if you won’t work with someone and I honestly planned to purchase something until I was told that’s the only way I could skip the last payment. I will go elsewhere now.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
