I’m pregnant and can’t currently move the items I need stored so the unit sat empty. My husband is in the military and was unavailable to move our items himself. They could afford me one phone call at 11:58 am. My services were cancelled by 12:29 pm same day. No consideration was given for the possibility that I was busy at work or had an obligation keeping me away from my phone. I’m sure the company is well within its rights cancelling my service at anytime for any reason, especially since the unit was sitting unused, making it that much easier to cancel on us. My issue is with the abysmal communication from this team. I checked my email to see if I had missed any prior communications from the team and if fact saw that the monthly bill was paid 3 days ago. As for any other correspondence regarding my pending cancel status for the unit? Nada. Overall, I would strongly advise existing and prospective customers to read the fine print of any servicing agreement to be assured of your rights as customer.
