  So the agent hung up when I specifically asked her to send me to the survey line because she knew I was going to leave 1 star. Aptiv has a great product. I don’t have any insects, pest etc however you need the patience is a stain to deal with their customer service. There agents have a service window of 8am-5pm and if you aren’t home they will spray the outside and then charge you for a full service. You then have to spend an hour on the phone with them to come do a free reservice because who wants to pay for an uncompleted service. They are also notorious for not showing up! They will also tell you that you are on one plan for 4 treatments a year but somehow they are coming nearly every month and again they will bill you first and dodge your questions later. Some of their agents aren’t well trained and will spray very little product for a couple minutes and then leave unless you are around and they see you watching. It’s so frustrating working with them. All of their customer service reps are oversees and uncoordinated. No one takes notes and knows what’s going on but meanwhile your getting charged. The ONLY reason I haven’t cancelled is because the product is good and even with that in tempted to just go with home defense and spray at my leisure. Great product from a company with deplorable, unreliable customer service and pest control agents! Godspeed if you can put up with it.

  Beware of this service! I've only had a month. I still have ant hills and my appointments are rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Which I get okay reschedule it's not a big deal. But when I want to cancel the service I have to pay $199 per the service agreement. The sales man said If you are not satisfied at anytime you can terminate the service. Well I'm not happy with the service. . I wish I read the past reviews before using this company.

  Do not use this company! They’ve been a complete waste of money. Over a six-month period, they only serviced our home once. Before the company was sold, the service was excellent. They showed up every 30 days like clockwork, maintained our rat bait traps, and treated for fleas and ticks consistently. That level of service is exactly what I was paying for. After the ownership change, everything fell apart. I was never contacted about any changes, never agreed to a new service plan, and the service I was paying for essentially stopped. Very disappointing experience, especially considering how reliable they were before.

  David came and did the pest control. He did a wonderful job inside and around the house. We asked him about the yard for all of the ant mounds that we have in the driveway and throughout the lawn he said that he would make notations on the record and have someone come out because he didn’t have the right type of spray for the ants, but we haven’t heard back from him. He came out on the 14th, so is it possible to have someone else come out and spray for all of these ant mounds? They’re all over the yard around the mailbox up and down the driveway the sidewalks and throughout the yard please let us know. Thank you.

  Please cancel my contract asap. The guy who was scheduled to come at 3:30 was running late, told me he would be at my house at 5 and then went to the wrong address in a different town. Never showed up until after I went out at 5;30 . Texted me what he did which didn’t include mosquitoes, my main reason for giving you guys a chance. Never did the inside of my house. Consider it a gift that I don’t demand my 200 dollars back but don’t want to do business with such an unreliable, incompetent company anymore . Thank you
