Then I'm told I would have to pay $65 to have them come out to give me an estimate. When I asked if I could have the cost waiver because no else charged me, he laughed and said I only work here. This is a $5,000 job they refused to bid on because I didn't want to pay $65 for them to bid it out. Now that's a great business model
