The proximity, less than three miles from my location, was a significant advantage. Although I initially reserved an incorrect unit size online, the on-site representative promptly and efficiently rectified the error, securing the appropriate unit within 20 minutes. This seamless and efficient service was greatly appreciated. The facility itself is secure, meticulously maintained, and offers climate-controlled units in certain areas, including my own. Furthermore, the availability of on-site restroom facilities is a valuable amenity. Having utilized Extra Space Storage services previously, I intend to continue doing so. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the facility informing me of a partial refund for my prepaid month, an unexpected benefit that is certainly welcome.
