- LHLinda Hansen4 days ago1.0I entered into a rental agreement with Arron’s. They delivered a broken washing machine instead of replacing it immediately they said they would bring a temporary while they went and fix the broken one they brought me. Then they did not show up at the time they agreed to swap out the machines they wanted to come two hours earlier than the agreed window. The delivery guy was rude as could possibly be. I called and spoke to Nikola, who was incredibly rude even in refusing to call me by the correct last name. She was offended. I told her she did not have permission to use my first name and to call me by my last name so she refused to say it correctly. I will be canceling my rental agreement and I suggest nobody do business with the store as they are obviously very unprofessional and trying to rent broken appliances so they can sell appliance insurance for when it breaks! If I could give them less than one stars, I would.

I did a lease for a sectional for the first time at Aaron’s about a month ago. during this last month I had an accident and ripped a hole on the new couch .I was very upset because it’s brand new . I called the Tamarac store spoke with Carlos and within a day he had an amazing furniture repair guy come out and made the couch Good as new !!nothing but great experience ,customer care and awesome service with everyone there .I am so happy with my choice in doing business with Aaron‘s furniture. I would highly recommend. Thank you Aaron’s.

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
