  I recently visited Lowe’s, and overall it was a reliable experience for home improvement shopping. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding items pretty straightforward. They carry a wide range of products—from tools and lumber to appliances and garden supplies—so it’s a convenient one-stop shop for both small projects and bigger renovations. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance, especially in locating specific items and answering basic questions. While not every employee seemed like an expert, the willingness to help stood out. Pricing felt competitive, and there were a few good deals and seasonal discounts available, which is always a plus. Checkout was fairly quick, though it can slow down during busy hours. One downside is that some items were out of stock, which can be frustrating if you’re on a tight schedule for a project. Still, the overall experience was positive. Lowe’s is a dependable choice for DIYers and homeowners looking for a wide selection, reasonable prices, and decent customer service.

  Employees are super helpful! I went meandering through the plants (got distracted by the flowers) and had several employees asking to help. But the star is Ms. Mel over in the lumber/door section. I showed her a broken door that I had and explained to her that I needed a temporary fix as I save up to replace the door. She spent no less than ten minutes with me 1:1 explaining all the different options and possible solutions, along with around how long each option would last me. She gave me individual attention all while balancing other customers with quick questions. She went far beyond “above and beyond” and got to know my experience with tools and how comfortable I was in order to give me the best solution. She also made sure I knew all of the tools/supplies I’d need to finish the job and where I could get them.

  Order stuff online for pickup the employees are really dragging their butts seems like they don't care about online orders will not be purchasing anything else from this Lowe's

  I have shopped at Lowes for years. Lowes seems to treat their employees well as I see the same ones year after year. And with that being said it enables me to create a friendly relationship with the staff. So asking for assistance is never a problem.

  Why are you deleting bad reviews Lowe's? My review from earlier today was deleted for what reason exactly? You had 8 employees hanging out around the self checkout and I had to check myself out. Why do you not have more cashiers available? That is my issue. I do not wish to use self checkout. I was forced to do so today because I was in a rush. Do not delete my review again or I will take it up with Google directly. I see that you went from a 3.7 to 4.0 stars. Must have deleted quite a few reviews eh? I'm interested to see how long that 4 lasts.
