Eric was the technician that worked on my tub. He kept me updated during the process. My tub was a little extra challenging but he problem solved it out and it turned out wonderfully.

We had a complicated and stressful situation with an older tub that had been poorly refinished in the past (multiple times). It was further complicated by their discovery of an unknown leak! Other businesses would have blamed the leak, and we would have had to push back the sale of our house! But Rob’s Refinishing clearly stands behind their work and cares about their client’s unique needs and worked miracles to get the job done right. I couldn’t be happier!

I initially met with co-owner, Bill, who came out gave a very competitive and comprehensive estimate.. On the day of the job, the technician arrived promptly, completed the total job in less than 4 hours, and made the bathtub that came with the original house in 1964, look brand new! Ironically, the refinishing service performed by Eric made our tub look much newer and more expensive than the tubs seen in local hardware stores!
