- GSgreg stewart2 days ago1.0Worst refrigerator installation ever! Ice Maker was delivered separately from refrigerator- installer was belligerent and told me they would NOT install the icemaker. Eventually after speaking to Aloaso the supervisor they decided to install it. The delivery person would not leave paperwork-so I took pictures of the truck and both delivery people. DO NOT buy appliances from Lowe’s- it’s not worth the hassle. The worst experience I’ve ever had with Lowe’s. I have many many platforms I will share this with.

We paid for delivery and installation and asked specifically if the delivery charge included putting the appliance at the street for Waste Pro to pick up and was told yes. The delivery people ran their truck off of our large driveway into my planted area, left a trail of water on the floor through the house and refused to move the old washer farther than just a few feet away from the house unless we paid them $50 more dollars. We have ordered from Lowe's before and never had this issue. I called Lowe's and the issue was not resolved. Next time I will shop at Home Depot, I guess. Very disappointed.
