Despite knowing about my low salt levels due to a leak and rain, the service was subpar. The lady assisting me was more engaged in a non-work-related conversation, hindering the water test. Even after putting her call on hold (albeit on speaker), she proceeded to criticize my low salinity and chlorine levels. While I appreciate the concern, I manage my water well. She also insisted multiple times on why I shouldn't consider the competition. Improvement in customer service is needed. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I don’t feel the need to go back.
