First I was told my furniture was there and the manager would call to schedule time for pick up. Of course never called. Then I called to schedule to pick it up. Then was told it wasn’t there which later found out it actually Was there like the first person said. Awful service . I am actually returning from years ago. Never again and if they don’t get it together they will close. They lie the manager will not call you. So it’s up to you to keep calling.

I lost my job in March and try to catch up my account. I paid 800 in February to catch it up and get it out of collections. The store manager would have the store call me 4-5 times day during my work hours. I can’t answer my phone at work. Then my dryer stop working told I was gonna get a loan until mine got fixed. Never fixed my dryer and I had to call about it. They took it in August of last year and didn’t get a replacement until February. The replace was supposed to be new that what I was paying for and I got one that was used and has scratches on it. They have sent people to my house asking for payments. My mom made a payment when they came but never got applied to my lease agreement. I had to call corporate to get it put on my account because I was informed by the store it was store credit. Two weeks ago I had some one knock on my door at 845pm and my children were asleep. I have 3 kids and a dog. The dog barking woke up my baby. Mind you the store closes at 7pm. They stop calling or leaving messages but tonight the show up asking for a payment and wonder why I was pissed. Once again they woke my baby up again. They showed up at 830 pm. I understand the law protects them for coming by but at least give a courtesy call before coming out after store hours. This will be my four time calling the corporate office about this store. This location is the worse I ever experienced. I never had problems down south. I told the representative I am to the point I want to throw the furniture out the door and say get it. This location is HORRIBLE and I just to tell people that Aarons is a great place to get furniture. I will never tell someone to go here. Please don’t get scam by this store.

Trying to resolve these issues proved to be frustrating, as they rarely, if ever, answer their phone. At times, it seems like a single employee is expected to manage both the sales floor and incoming calls, leading to confusion and a clear lack of organization. Overall, the store feels chaotic and poorly managed. As a customer, I felt neglected and frustrated throughout the process. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting efficient or reliable service.

Ordered, and after calls to Corp in July, I got my NEW washer and dryer. 5 weeks later the dryer quit and instead of sendung a repairman, as I was told was their policy, they showed up with a filfthy, scratched used dryer and supposedly sent mine for repairs to some service center. That was going on 4 months ago. They are trying to collect payments, saying a dryer is a dryer. Not the case, I will not, and am not, paying for old and used dryer. I have called Corp twice. If nothing.positive resolved by 01/01/2026, looks like I will be headed to Magistrate Court to sue for Breach of Contract. I had read another review of them going to a person's house to collect after similar experience. So,this is notice to Aaron's, if you show up at my door demanding payments, you will be trespassing and police will be called. Get me my NEW dryer back, I have the serial number to compare, or there will be no more payments till I get my new dryer back by 12/31/25 You, Aaron's are in Breach of our contract. Carl Harrison

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
