    Well stocked and organized. Staff came up unprompted and offered assistance. Quick self checkout. Plenty of parking. Well labeled and easy to navigate aisles.

    Extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge or care in the appliance department. I purchased a fridge and set up delivery. The salesman did not ask the age of our home or the age of our current fridge. If he had he could have advised us about how the installation and delivery company does not touch out of code copper piping which I have and did not know was no longer code. As a company that sells appliances and not talking to or advising your customer base leaves a bad taste for your entire company. I will not trust them with another large purchase if this is how they train their employees.

    Said my frost clothes were ready for pick up. Came to pick them up. They scanned my bar code to process pick up. Then told me that they are out of frost cloths. Now all my plants are vulnerable for this freeze tonight. And they have me sitting around waiting to process a refund since they already marked it picked up. Bunch of dummies.

    Thank you Delivery Team Javier and Robe. Excellent door to door service. They showed up and went the extra mile to take apart my fridge so it would fit through the door. My stress level went from 10 to 0. I truly appreciate your kindness. I hope Lowes takes care of you guys. Definitely deserve a raise and bonus.

    I absolutely hate writing negative reviews because I really try to give the benefit of the doubt. But, at this point I think the straw has broken the camel's back here. I purchased three appliances Black Friday weekend and I absolutely swear that I asked for The additional insurance purchase due to the two large appliances specifically that I was purchasing. The lady that was helping me was really great overall but I can tell she was rushing me because it was closer to close and they wanted me to hurry up and get out regardless of my $3,000 plus purchase I was making. I have an issue with one of my appliances and unfortunately over the holiday season I worked an enormous amount of hours and was unable to physically come into the store to inform them. But I tried calling on several occasions and they would consistently put me on hold due to helping a customer in store and never came back from on hold. I waited 30 minutes one time over my meal time at work and never got someone back on the phone. Today I finally was able to go into the store and inform them of the issue because at this point I don't trust anyone will ever come back to help me on the phone. They told me that there is absolutely nothing that they can do for me and deflected me off to Samsung and also said that I don't have the insurance. I guess it's my fault for coming straight after work and not having any paperwork with me whatsoever but isn't that the point of all of the electronic receipts these days?! The lady at the appliance counter today named Amie had probably the rudest face I've experienced in an enormously long time helping a customer and terrible attitude to go with it and did not care in any way, shape, or form to even remotely try to help me or problem solve or troubleshoot the issues. I went up to customer service and they also deflected everything and basically said too bad, so sad basically and didn't care or take remotely any responsibility about the lack of any of their associates not caring about the customers on the phone needing assistance now causing a larger issue. I also had a previous issue over a year ago with my front door purchase. It got so bad that the actual store manager had to call me on the phone and apologize. Thank you so much for doing that, but at this point something needs to be done about the entire team here. When the installation guy got to the store to pick up my door, whoever it was from the store team that was helping him made him wait over 2 hours to even pick up the door and then tried giving him the incorrect door and then tried telling him that there was no door at all for him to pick up for my order and was verbally raising her voice to him because the technician called me and I could hear her raising her voice at him. The door was damaged upon opening it at my house to install and Lowe's was trying to tell me that I personally would have to take the door back to the store and return it then purchase a new one which they did not have in the store. The installation techs had already ripped out my existing door from my house and was wanting to LEAVE MY HOME WITHOUT A DOOR FOR OVER A WEEK while the store ordered a new door per instructions of the store team!!!! How in the world does that make sense to anyone??!! I will be rethinking any future possible large purchases and potentially go to a completely different company and I will most likely be telling my husband to close his Lowe's credit card because at this point I'm pretty much tapped out with patience for Lowe's.
