Poor service , Keysha ( been there a long time and always had a rude attitude) could not process a return due to no receipt. She stated that you give a phone number with transaction. Not true, when you Sekf check out or if you actually get a person - you do not put a phone number in. To show she was wrong I went and bought an item , self cashiered and the system did not ask a number. Do not write a worthless response . This is a store culture issue . I’ll dispute with credit card company
