- DJDana Johns1 day ago1.0My experience has been terrible. 1st off my headboard was lean when it was installed. I had to fix it myself, first red flag. I was sold a defective bed, the legs were bent. I was not told at purchase that I needed no slip pads. After I complained, the only thing communicated to me was that the manufacturer denies the claim. Furniture land sent their guys to examine my bed and this was the state they left it in, claiming the base was a full base which is wrong base. This is from November , it is now January and I haven’t been able to sleep on the bed since November. The least they could have done was offer a base since they make furniture. Never again.

They walk you through the process, while also giving you space to decide and explore their wide variety of options. Kaleb was very professional! Neil the owner was a great guy all around, treated me like family! Give them a visit, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super helpful, patient, and actually listens instead of pushing you into something you don’t want. He made the whole experience easy and even fun. Definitely recommend working with him in the future!
