Just get a notice in mail the price is going up. Again. I went there last month to retrieve some items and they were covered in what I’m assuming was roach poop. We will be taking all our stuff out of the storage unit this month. Also I’m pretty sure there is a woman living in the unit down the hall from ours. Gross.

All of our stuff from the third floor unit is covered in insect (roach?) poop. It was clean going in, so I know the poop came from the storage unit. Just a heads up for any future renters.

Working remotely with her she helped with lost key’s, cleanup and discharging our unit… the unit was filled with our mother’s life goods and items. After her passing the coordination and distribution of her life was difficult… Karen showed compassion and stepped right in to help! Extra Space Management you have a Pearl of an employee who cared, helped, and was what Customer Service is all about; making it like family!!!
