    I find the return policy at this store extremely unfair. I bought a defective Christmas tree on December 17th. See picture below, lights on the top do not light up. I am extremely busy and this was the only day to put up the tree and decorate and that was the last tree so I decided to just put it up and figured I was going to be able to return it for full price since it was broken. I saw the Christmas items would be returned for what the current store price is if you return after December 25th but since it is defective I should’ve gotten full price back. Just know if you buy something from here and need to return you probably won’t be getting your money back.

    Very disappointed in this store. Don’t bother shopping anything seasonal. I attempted to return Christmas lights that were packaged, unused, and had the original receipt, because I found them cheaper at Walmart. They’re only willing to offer me a 50% refund of what I originally paid for because now all of their seasonal stuff are being sold 50% off. I’ve never heard of any corporation offering to only giving you half of your money back for an unopened item.

    I am a frequent visitor. I get several discounts through text and emails but every time I go to retrieve them the bar code never comes up the cashier can clearly see that they have been sent to me but never gives me my discounts because they can't pull up a bar code on my phone. So I'm left without getting my discount because of this I will not be returning. It has happened numerous times. Last time I was there I made it known to the cashier that I was upset and it keeps happening so instead of trying to honor my Earned rewards. She just said I'm sorry. Not good enough

    Prices are a little high. After today I will drive the half hour to go to Hobby Lobby. I go to check out today and my bill was 8 something I gave the girl a 10 she gave me back change for a 20. I said this isn't right I gave you a 10. She was looked very confused. Looked at the receipt and said oh I put in you gave me a 20. She tried and tried to get her register open. I said can you call someone for help. The manager questioned her what she needed is it a return the girl said no it's something else. Well the woman manger came up and I don't her I needed to give them the 10 back. I said I didn't want the girl to be short. She said it's ok. Never once said thank you for being honest. By this time I was put off as I walked away I said thank you for being honest. Manager said your welcome. Won't shop there any more. About 5 mins from my house. Very understaffed. Maybe they should follow Hobby Lobby always packed lots of registers open and plenty of staff. I have been in management not great customer service.
