  WOW! What can we say. We were not happy with our prior pool service (started to decline and show in pool appearance). So we shopped. Came across Pool Troopers, read reviews and called for a meeting. First Rep was Michael and he knew his stuff, answered questions sent proposal same day. Proposal looked very good, more services. So signed up and immedately received calls from mgr. Josh, came out same week to check pool, he even told me he could not leave pool looking like that for weekend, he gave it a brush cleaning. Josh returned on Monday introduce our pool service guy Jermey. So much communication in a few days verus lack of communcation for years! Awsome company, they follow up and just want their customers to be happy and if not they will fix it. So YES! our community is happy to be a TROOPERS~

  Thank you for the work today.I know the pool was a mess with all the wind blown leaves in water. Appreciate the effort to get it clean
