  Let me begin by attaching a Google summary of this company: "has highly polarized, generally poor recent customer reviews (as of early 2026), with frequent complaints regarding poor maintenance, high staff turnover, billing disputes, and rude customer service." We live in Westminster Shores, a senior citizen community with many elderly residents. This company services all our private and community pools. There is one community hot tub that many residents use for Physical Therapy and medical issues such as scoliosis, osteoporosis, back and leg pain, knee and hip surgery. We had Clear Tech upgrade/insert heaters in one pool and hot tub. These heaters are under warranty. They have failed, as has Clear Tech in servicing as they fight it out with the manufacturer for warranty service. In the meantime, people are suffering. What few years we each have left, have to be spent addressing our failing bodies. This is a new form of cruelty when a hot tub, that significantly addresses bone pain, is left broken and unused. Shouldn't a company fix the problem, upfront, and fight for the warranty on the back end? Our community pays them a significant amount of money to maintain our property pools. Do we deserve this treatment? If your parents or grandparents lived here - wouldn't you want them to have access to healing therapy? Perhaps the company should remember to treat their customers the way they, or their family, would want to be treated.

  Top Pool Company in Tampa Bay! Hands down and I’ve tried mostly all these other companies. Real simple. They come on time! They clean your pool like it was their personal pool! They clean up behind themselves! They don’t break anything! And they have very friendly customer service. Feels like a family business but I’m unsure if it is or not. Nonetheless, Armondo is a great service tech and he always has a great attitude and a smile. Thank you ClearTech for running an awesome business! As a fellow entrepreneur I know this isn’t easy so salute to you and the team that you’ve built.

  Highly recommend this company. Had major pool water and cleaning issue. From the great customer service of Jojo to Tony and the entire tech team, we have a beautiful pool once again. Other companies wanted to charge me to resurface my pool but Clear Tech came out and diagnosed real problem and it was very reasonable (chemical clean versus total resurfacing). I found them to be extremely responsive, quick to come and restore my pool. These guys are amazing!

  Mike S. was awesome! Our pool looks amazing and we are so excited for the summer. Mike added all the chemicals we needed, set our pool timer, showed us how to get things lighted in the pool and we are ready to swim. Excellent service and super fast speed. Highly recommend!!

  Highly recommend Clear Tech Pools! From my salesman, Mr. Paul Purcell, to every single crew that accompanies the installation phases a new pool installation entails- I can only sing their praises….. even the owners are ridiculously nice. Paul checks in, provides full customer service with rapid response timelines on all queries. Mark, the pump & heater equipment technician is the flip flop king! Carlos is just lovely as well. And let’s hear it for the liner, the tile. The Paver and clean up artists…. True masters at their craft. I’m so grateful that I chose this company for the record. I had five bids to choose from and I went from the testimonials on this webpage and I gotta tell you no one’s making it up these people rock thank you clear Tech.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. .
