- RCRoscoe P Coltrane3 days ago5.0I was thinking about buying an EGo power washer, but when I went to checkout it rang up over S200 over the sticker price, I left the item. Frustrating that it was what was displayed and when I inquired, the associate removed the sticker, said if was a mistake. When I got home I called the Store, and was able to speak with Mark that store manager about the situation. He agreed to honor the posted price. With the help of CSM Faith and also manger Van, we returned to the store and made the purchase. Thanks again St Augustine Lowes team of Faith, Mark & Van. The power washer works 👍 great! Great sales team.

- RFRita FowlerApr 13, 20262.0I was truly disappointed in the Debra and Larry they were so engrossed in conversation and after me saying excuse me 4x I just drove away in the scooter. They both were very rude and disrespectful. After I told another supervisor of their action Debra came over to offer assistance which she should have given when I road up to the two of them talking about personal things not the store and when a customer politely says excuse me 4x and you still ignore them and keep talking I was done. I immediately told Debra to get out my face when she pretended to now want to help me & I decided to my business to Home Depot after that incident. I was truly disgusted with how Debra and Larry or Lenny what ever the grey haired guy acted towards a new customer. I just moved to this area from Palm Coast and I will either purchase from there or at the Home Depot in St. Augustine but not at the Lowes in St. Augustine ever again

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
