    I have had several tree services in the past and was ripped off. I found a company called Tree Medic that the city contracts with to do some of their work. Eddie one of the top certified arborist in the state of Florida came out to assess one of our 200 year old oak tree plus others to preserve their health. I understand why the company is called Tree Medic. They don't come in just chopping down trees to get your dollar$$. The company looks at ways to regain the health and provide information to increase the longevity of the tree or will tell you why the tree should be removed endangering your property at stake. The crew that came out was very professional and knowledgeable about the scope of the work to be performed. I never knew a tree service like this "ever existed" in St. Augustine and so glad I found one that I can depend on from now on. Thank you guys for your excellent service yesterday.

    Very unprofessional. Had a poor excuse for everything. We had a job we tried having Tree Medic service and not only did the job keep getting pushed back they lied about calling to reschedule or confirm and I had to call multiple times just to get an answer. I would recommend using any other company than them if you want the work done. Zero customer service skills. Had to give one star but its not worth it.

    The work done was EXCELLENT!! it is the billing department that is a challenge. I paid half in cash and half with a check. However was send a bill stating I owe them the money. I called and was told that the bill was a mistake and everything was resolved. Then I received another bill???? I have called several times however no one answers the phone.
