- BBBigIsland BowlsDec 8, 20221.0Was told to call today so they could try and "make things right" after I was charged $240 for a "technician" to come out and tell me to just buy a new one. He was there for maybe 15 minutes. After I called today as requested the owner told me they dont know who I am and maybe their email got hacked. Terrible customer service, terrible company I will make sure to let everyone in my industry know not to use them.
