  Was told to call today so they could try and "make things right" after I was charged $240 for a "technician" to come out and tell me to just buy a new one. He was there for maybe 15 minutes. After I called today as requested the owner told me they dont know who I am and maybe their email got hacked. Terrible customer service, terrible company I will make sure to let everyone in my industry know not to use them.

  Great service! I’ve used them for years on a walk in basis for parts. This time I had them come out and fix a ice machine. Showed up on time and very friendly service. Would recommend.

  Three visits and 800.00 later the tech said there's no fixing the ice maker. When he walked into our house he said he could smell bad food in the fridge. 5 year old house and fridge. Believe me there's no smell but of a fake tech... Will never call again!
