DANNY B in the garden section is every single time a pleasure to work with he’s always so happy positive and helpful. He is absolutely awesome. Definitely a great employee and takes pride in his job.!!! Every time I am at Lowe’s, I will always swing by and say hi to him because he is just that great!!
Also, Nick in the garden section was extremely helpful nice and funny. Definitely a great worker as well and takes a lot of pride in his job!

I had the most positive experience visiting this Spring Hill location for a washer and dryer set. I was greeted and assisted by the most helpful and informative team member. Joseph in the appliance department has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. Every question that I asked he had the answer and I was confident in all of his responses, he also gave me insights to things I didn't even think about when it comes to these types of appliances. Joseph is the one to deal with if you are searching for an appliance. When I first arrived I wasn't confident in what would really suit my needs but now I know what will work and where I will make my purchase(Lowes). Once again thank you Joseph for your time and patience. Give this man a raise!

The customer service rep, Samantha, was rude, dismissive, and acted like my situation was an inconvenience to her rather than something that needed to be resolved. On top of that, the fulfillment supervisor, Wallace, told me on two separate occasions that he reordered the cabinet — only for me to find out later that he never placed the orders at all.
Trying to get answers was a nightmare. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes a day, for THREE straight days, only to be hung up on each time. No follow-up. No accountability. No resolution.
This store has serious issues with professionalism and communication. It feels like there’s no management oversight whatsoever. They will gladly take your money, but when something goes wrong, you’re left dealing with incompetence and attitude.
If you value your time, money, and sanity — stay far away from this location.
