- MSMark SuttonApr 7, 20265.0I’ve been a customer at Extra Space Storage for a few years. The facilities are fantastic, access is easy, but the staff makes the difference for me. I had a lock that failed and I couldn’t get any of the keys to work. Tony was super responsive. He tried to help me remedy the existing lock. When that didn’t work he drilled out the lock and fixed me up with a new lock. I was in and out in minutes with my problem resolved. I wouldn’t consider renting anywhere else.

It took a number of times to get the main door open but once in, it got easier. The grounds and inside my building was nice and clean as well as my unit. I have a storage unit in Maryland and I made up my own entrance code. The code here is lengthy. Overall it’s a nice location and a nice storage building.
