- JGJorge Gomez5 days ago1.0This is the second time I write the review. The first one diasspeared from the reviews' list . I placed an order ( 26 concrete edging stones) but I recived at home some one else order instead of mine. I went to the store to speak with customer service and/ or with a supervisor. The employee who listened to my complaint said that the delivery is related to a third party and at the time the delivery driver pick up the order to be delivered , it is not reponsibility of Lowes anymore. This means that we may order a plant, and receive a door. I think that we do not buy the items from the driver, instead, we buy from Lowe's and they are responsible for everything including the delivery. Very disappointed with this situation.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
