    Hard to find anyone to get help finding things. I was looking for a ballast to replace in a fluorescent light. Person was called to the electrical department, no one ever came so I went to home depot.

    Went to Lowe's to check on flooring prices and appliance Bundles for my home I bought. Couldn't find anyone to help, then a very nice gentleman arrived and he was very helpful with quotes on everything. His name was Paul S. I can't say enough good things about him. When I get ready to do my floors and kitchen I will get Paul S. to assist me in making my purchase.

    Unpleasant experience in the appliance department. The gentleman working there seemed annoyed when I asked about differences in the microwave ovens. His attitude was, these are the only two we have in stock, let me know what you decide. Then he walked away stating he had someone else to help. He didn’t come back. So I left.

    Definitely one of the best Lowe’s around. Great selection, fair prices and excellent service! Always a great experience when asking for any help. Special thanks to Howard, he’s helped us on several occasions (different visits). He’s always been very professional, kind and helpful. Marie at lumber checkout is always so friendly and helpful, it’s always a pleasure to see her. Can’t say enough about the staff!

    Let me start off by saying my 1 star is dedicated to the woman who works cashier at customer service named Kim. 12/13 around 8:30am Kim (probably in her 50s, heavyset, darker blonde hair) was unbelievably unprofessional, dismissive and straight up lied to me. I came in because I needed to exchange a broken item and because Kim didn’t care about what I was trying to explain to her she decided to dismiss me by walking away while I was talking saying “well I can’t help you”. I asked if there was a manager who may be able to assist me (because I’m aware that a manager would most likely have to approve my exchange) and she straight up lied by saying “there isn’t a manager in the building”. I immediately knew that was false because I work in corporate and I know there is ALWAYS a manager in the building. Since I wasn’t getting anywhere I decided to check the aisles to look for another associate who may be able to help me or better yet confirm if there isn’t a manager on site. Low behold the man I found in the electrical aisle just so happened to be one of the 2 managers in building. Hmmm isn’t that funny? I explained my situation with the broken item for a quick exchange and I was helped and out of the door with ease in less than 5 minutes. No fuss, no hassle, no attitude. I was patient the entire time. Maybe Kim was having a bad day? It’s 8am so maybe she’s not a morning person? (Not our problem don’t work mornings if you’re grumpy in the morning). But as I thought more about her probably having a bad day it didn't justify the unprofessional gross & dismissive attitude from her. If you hate your job so much Kim then do the community a favor and LEAVE. I have never had an issue at this location until today. A simple page to a manager to meet me at customer service for an exchange (if allowed) would’ve been it. As for the location itself it’s a 5/5 I would like to thank the 2 managers in building who were kind and helpful it was around 8:40ish am when I found them.
