The floor is raised up several inches from the outside street keeping you high and dry inside during Florida's famous torrential rains. I searched long and hard to find the best deal. Save yourself the trouble and go to this extra space location like I did. They even provided me with a lock that was inside one of those impossible to open plastic containers but they very thoughtfully cut one side open for me so I could get it out without ripping my teeth out, I thought that was a nice touch.
