I'm a general contractor and I buy materials periodically for different jobs. I definitely do not recommend these Lowe's stores because now, if you don't have the receipt for the materials, they won't accept returns, and you're stuck with the product as a loss. I repeat, I do not recommend using these stores. Find a professional supplier where they respect your work and respect you as a customer.

Purchased a broken Christmas projector that looked returned and they are unwilling to return it even exchange the item. Never disclosed final sale during purchase. Lowe’s has lost a loyal customer. Go to Home Depot on griffin they actually care.

On Friday, I was moving and had an emergency! I accidentally broke two slats on my bed and needed to replace them ASAP. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have a bed to sleep on. On Saturday morning, I went to several home improvement stores couldn’t find what I needed. When I asked for help, I was essentially brushed off. Finally, I went Lowe’s and was helped by Andy. He was so incredibly helpful. He helped me find the slats I needed at the closest size required for the bed and he helped me get the slats cut to the correct size. I don’t know what I would have done without his help! I would 100% return to this Lowe’s location for any of my future home improvement needs! And once again, I thank Andy for his help!!!
