Purchase an appliance from this store and it was damaged in the box. Lowe’s policy is you have to open it and return it before 48 hours pass. They refused to return or exchange the item. Buy your appliances on Amazon as they give 30 days for returns. Lowe’s ex gold member.

We spent half an hour waiting for an employee to assist us, and after 35 minutes, a very disgruntled woman finally arrived. We asked her if she worked in this department, and she replied, "I work at Lowe's—what do you want? I was on my lunch break." So, if simply working at Lowe's is all that's required, why didn't they send someone else instead of leaving us waiting for so long? She treated us with a sour attitude the entire time. Terrible service. To top it all off, the roll claimed to be 21 feet long, but it only measured 6 feet when the lady opened it.

Well pissed off at Lowes and their technician. The technician dropped our refrigerator off in our driveway told us we had to hook up a water shut off valve and promised he would be back the same day to install the refrigerator. When we reached out to lowes customer service they said they have no way to contact their technicians, so we contacted the technician and he said oh I cannot come back today call lowes and schedule service with them. They expected us to leave our 2500$ refrigerator sitting in our driveway until tomorrow afternoon.
