As you drive in to this Lowes on each side of the store there are cameras that take a picture of your vehicle and tag, violating your privacy and recording your information without concent. There's not even a sign that warns you about it either. This is wrong and should be taken down.

- JJJimFeb 18, 20262.0Honestly, every time I go to Lowe’s I leave angry. Today I went in to by some preemergent for my lawn, along with some Fiskars pruning shears. Nope…out of stock x 2. While there, I found some freeze damaged dracaenas in the clearance plant racks…there was one whole rack of them. According to the guide, they were 50% off of the normal price of $23.95. When I went to check out, they wanted $14.95 for each. The cashier told me they are not on clearance. I explained that they’re all displayed on the clearance rack. She said, sorry. Ok…put them back. Typical Lowe’s. Dishonest or poor stock control, it leaves a bad taste. I ordered the things I need in Amazon, and they’ll be delivered, free, tomorrow! For everything else, it’s back to Home Depot I go! Sorry to say, but Lowe’s blows!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
